  • 1. Booking Confirmation

    • All vehicle bookings must be confirmed through the designated reservation system or authorized personnel.

    • A confirmation will be sent once the booking is secured.

    2. Modification & Cancellation Policy

    • Free Changes/Cancellations: Any modifications or cancellations to a booking must be made at least 1 day prior to the scheduled drop off time to avoid charges.

    • Full Charge for Late Changes/Cancellations: Any changes (including rescheduling, destination updates, or cancellations) made 24 hours or less before the scheduled drop off time will be billed in full as originally planned.

    3. No-Show Policy

    • Failure to show up at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will be considered a no-show and billed in full.

    4. Payment Policy

    • Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit card.

    • If paying by credit card, the amount charged will be in euros (EUR) regardless of the local currency. Customers are responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees charged by their credit card provider.

    5. Rental Return Policy

    • All rented vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of pickup.

    • If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling fee will be applied based on the current fuel rate plus an administrative surcharge.

     

  • Insurance Policy

    • All rental vehicles are covered by a standard insurance policy which includes third-party liability and collision coverage.

    • The insurance policy carries a deductible (excess) of €1,500.

    • In the event of damage, theft, or loss, the renter is financially responsible for covering costs up to €1,500.

    • If the total cost of damage or loss is less than €1,500, the full amount will still be charged to the renter.

    • Damages exceeding €1,500 will be covered by the insurance provider, with the renter liable only for the €1,500 deductible.

    • This deductible applies per incident.

    Important: Insurance coverage may be voided in cases of negligence, breach of the rental agreement, driving under the influence, or use of the vehicle for unauthorized activities.
